Making a return.
You can return any unwanted item to us for a refund up to 28 days after purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition. Should you not be completely satisfied with your order, you have changed your mind or you have received a damaged or incorrect item you can complete a returns request by either:
1. Completing the returns form provided with your order and contact us via telephone or email so we can provide you with a unique returns reference.
2. Log in to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ on the LYDC website and send us a return or exchange request, we will then send you a unique returns code by email.
When making a return you must ensure you complete all of the required information as failure to do so may cause delays in processing your return.
When returning an item(s) please send via recorded delivery, this will ensure that your order reaches us safely and should it get lost, you are able to track with the Post Office or courier. If you do not send your return via tracked postage we cannot be held responsible for your lost order and will therefore be unable to process your claim.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so please make sure your return is packed securely to insure it does not get damaged on the way.
Refunding The Return Delivery Charge
We will refund the delivery charges if, you have recieved the wrong item or if the item recieved is is faulty. Full details of the returns procedure will be sent to you by E-mail after we received your return request.
